Have I got a claim?
People are often unsure as to whether they do actually have grounds for a claim - friends or family might have suggested it to them, possibly coming out with bold statements such as 'you should sue!' (which is often easier said than done). Or you might have seen one of the big name ads on TV which promise to give you a big cheque as a sticking plaster over an injury which might stay with you for life. There's only one way to find out if you've got a claim, and that's to ask one of our experts.
As a rule of thumb, if you have been injured in an accident which was not your fault within the last three years, you may well have grounds for a claim.
For occupational claims, these can often be backdated over many years as symptoms take longer to manifest themselves and indeed may not reveal their full severity under much later in life.
