Who pays my legal costs and the compensation?
No Win. No Fee. It really is that simple. If your claim is successful then the other side's insurance company (see note below on uninsured drivers/hit and run) will pay ALL your compensation PLUS your legal fees so you really do get 100% of whatever compensation is awarded to you. There are no hidden charges or retainer payments required along the way, however long it takes for your case to be settled.
Should there be any exceptions to this, we will inform you from the outset but in the vast majority of cases, no win, no fee really does mean just that.
What happens if my accident involved an uninsured driver or was a 'hit and run'?
The Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) can give compensation to someone who is involved in a motor accident caused by an uninsured driver or untraced driver. If the driver was uninsured, the MIB can pay compensation for personal injury or death and/or damage to property. If the driver has not been traced, the MIB will consider claims for damage to personal property providing the vehicle can be identified. The Personal Injury Guide is well-versed in handling claims involving such recklessness on the part of other road users.
What happens if my claim is unsuccessful for any reason?
Because we are honest with our clients, we only take on cases where there is a genuine likelihood that compensation will be awarded. However, in the unlikely event that we were unsuccessful in securing compensation, you wouldn't pay a penny.
Nothing ventured is nothing gained so contact us today to find out how much compensation you might be entitled to.
